My name is Mohammad, but I go by my childhood nickname, Sam.
My path to where I am today has been unconventional. Earlier in life, I made decisions that ultimately led to spending more than six years incarcerated. About halfway through that period, I experienced a profound shift in perspective that changed the direction of my life and led me to take a much deeper interest in spirituality, philosophy, technology, and personal responsibility.
Much of my time while incarcerated was spent studying, writing, developing ideas, and planning projects I hoped to pursue in the future. After my release, I began turning some of those ideas into reality through software development and by creating YouTube videos exploring spiritual concepts and other subjects that interest me.
I also have an unusual neurodivergent cognitive style that does not fit particularly neatly into conventional categories. It has contributed to both the strengths and difficulties I have experienced throughout my life, particularly in how I approach problems, relationships, institutions, and the world around me.
I am primarily interested in creating, experimenting, learning, and exploring ideas that sit at the intersection of technology, consciousness, science, and spirituality.
If something I have created has been useful, interesting, or meaningful to someone else, then it has served a worthwhile purpose. Ultimately, I hope to build a life and career around creating the things I am genuinely interested in.
