Command line
noesisreader-cli runs every analysis and export without the GUI — ideal for batch processing and scripted pipelines.
noesisreader-cli [options] COMMAND SESSION [arguments]
General commands#
| Command | Result |
inspect SESSION | Every stream with class, samples, rate, range, units, timing uncertainty, quality warnings and events. |
analyze SESSION | Computes derived streams and runs every event detector. |
visualizers SESSION | Availability of every visualizer, with its provenance label and missing inputs. |
stats SESSION | Range statistics (use --from / --to). |
xcorr SESSION A[:ch] B[:ch] | Cross-correlation, lag, Pearson and Spearman between two channels. |
epochs SESSION EVENTS STREAM[:ch] | Impulse-response averaging around events (--pre, --post, --kind). |
export-csv SESSION OUT STREAM… | CSV export of streams. |
export-json SESSION OUT STREAM… | JSON export with provenance. |
export-wav SESSION OUT | WAV export of the microphone. |
report SESSION OUT.md | Markdown analysis report (with RF / Synthesis sections). |
compatible SESSION STREAM | Every visualizer: compatible with the stream, or why not. |
RF / SDR#
| Command | Result |
rf-info SESSION | SDR metadata, coverage, sweeps, resolution, IQ availability. |
rf-sweeps SESSION | Sweep table: timing, windows received / planned, missing, duplicates. |

Synthetic sessions#
noesis-fixture-gen writes labelled synthetic sessions for practice and testing:
noesis-fixture-gen all OUTPUT_DIR
Fixtures: timing, missing, trials, rf, rf-focus, rf-malformed, rf-future, rf-large (all = every fixture except rf-large).
