The readout on the right shows the timecode and frame N / total.
Loop a range#
Either press [ at the start and ] at the end, or Shift-drag a selection on the timeline and click Sel→Loop (or Playback → Loop selection).
The loop range is drawn in amber across the timeline; ⟲ is highlighted.
Press Space. Playback repeats the range until ⟲ is turned off.

Audio during playback#
The recorded microphone plays in sync at 1×. Generated sonification plays on separate buses that are never mixed into the recording. See Audio mixer.
